The Fowberry Foundation, a charity, was established in 2016 and now own and operate the estate. 

The primary objectives of the charity are the long term preservation of Fowberry Tower, its stables, garden house, woodland, parkland and wildlife for the benefit of the public, to promote the appreciation of Fowberry as a place of historic and architectural interest and natural beauty.
